Campus Instructional Coach

As our Campus Instructional Coach, my role is to partner with our teachers and collaborative teams to build their instructional capacity and increase student achievement. Together, we identify areas for student improvement, set measurable goals, learn instructional strategies, collect data to measure progress, and then reflect on our work and identify opportunities for continued refinement. I also serve as one of our new teacher mentors.
